Can't install apps on my Versa 2

I am trying to get Fiit app on my versa 2 but the install button appears grey and I get a message pop up I should update my versa/ fitbit app or fiit. All of them got newest updates and yet still allow me the download the app. What else can I do?

@Kasia13e Hi there. Thanks for the details provided. 

 

Based in the information provided, it seems that your Versa 2 isn't up-to-date. Please make sure you're doing this procedure to update it as the version that it should have it's 35.72.1.9

 

If you just received your watch, please wait a couple of days for it to receive the latest firmware version, to do so make sure you're syncing at least once a day.

What phone do you have?

 

What is your app version?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Help & Support

App Version at the top

 

And what is your watch version?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Firmware Version at the top

i am using IPhone 11

 

My app version is 3.37 (1022)

My Fitbit version is 70.7.14

Yes I delete app, then re-downloaded it. I figured it out on my own. No thanks to a Fitbit customer service agent. Please don't respond to me anymore

Our team started rolling out a new version for the iOS Fitbit app. Because this is a progressive rollout, you may not see it at the moment, however please download it once you hve it available in the Apple Store. Keep an eye on the iOS board for an official announcement.

Hi @SilviaFitbit Thanks SO much for replying and for the information.The feedback is greatly appreciated.

 

Would it be possible to make THAT information available in the IOS board. That way people know there has been a change and to escalate problems instead of trying to resolve the problem [if any] themselves and making the issue worse.

 

From what can be seen there are already some new syncing problems with 3.37 [IOS] is there going to be a fix [3.37.1] for the App to repair the sync issues?

Hi

I have recently bought Fitbit versa 2 and i have logged to app since january 2nd and still i didnt getvthat firmware update can you please tell ne when will i get the update or do i facing any problem becz i m going through lots of problems with app and watch lots of apps and clock face supported by versa 2 but its not available for me even find my device app not available for me and most of the time its not sync any any help would be appreciated thank you

Hi @M.Adhnaan - you don't say what firmware version and Fitbit App version you do have, but am guessing it's the original one and that the setup was never properly done. This would stop you installing more recent clock faces.

 

However your other problems should be easily resolvable.

 

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you get the most recent firmware and you can discuss the issues with them.

@Guy_ @SilviaFitbit  today i got latest firmware update but still i cant install any app or clock face. When i clcik install its installing and when the pink colour bar get to last then its stopping and then after few mins its again showing the install button
