Every time I try to login to my Spotify account from the FitBit mobile app I get a “Bad Error Message - reason: header fields are too large”. I access my Spotify premium account using Facebook. Is anyone else having this issue? I’ve contacted Customer Support but all they say is to wait for the next firmware update. I am already using version 1.96.29. Any help would be appreciated. This was the feature that got me most excited about the Charge 4. Thanks!

Hi there @Raks05280, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the difficulties you've been having to log in Spotify with your Charge 4 and for letting me know that you already contacted our Support Team to get some help.
In order to log into your Spotify account, on the screen where Spotify is asking for you to give permission to Fitbit to connect, there is a link to see what apps already have access to Spotify. So, click on it, then delete Fitbit from the list. The, back out to the Fitbit app and selected Log In to my Spotify account. It should connected correctly after those steps.
