Can't shuffle my favorite songs on Spotify

Recently got my Versa 3 and I'm loving it so far. However, I'm having trouble making spotify work properly. The biggest issue I'm having is that I can't started shuffling my liked songs at all, the options there, but it shows 0 songs liked and when I press it nothing happens. I'm also having the issue of playlist and album covers not loading. Has anyone else had this problem?
