Cannot get rid of "Unable to install" error

No matter what I do, I can't get rid of the error message in my fitbit app 

On my Galaxy s10!

From re-installing clock faces, to a factory reset, I'm unable to get rid of that **ahem** message

Funny thing is that the clock faces load normal anyway?

I understand you've tried some steps, but let's try reconnecting your Fitbit device to your account by doing the following:

  1. Forget your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap Devices at the upper left corner and Add More Devices
  5. Choose your Fitbit device, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions


Once that is done, try accessing the Gallery section one more time to change the clock face.
