Hi, I just received my ionic today. I'm familiar with fitbit and how to set them up, this is my third fitbit device and I'm just upgrading from blaze. I cannot get any clock face to install 

Not a plain fitbit clock face not a third party clock face nothing at all. Any ideas? I've tried everything I can think of and read through the forums but nothing covers this specific issue.

To install the clock faces etc you need to use the Wi-Fi so make sure you have that setup properly if you haven't already and needs to be done from your PC App not the phone. (sorry if you already know this)
