I have tried everything. Nothing works. I received Fitbit versa for Christmas, and Uber App never worked. I install, I uninstall, Bluetooth is on Uber App running on my phone, I keep getting Not connected message.

Not worth my time anymore. Very disappointed.

I am having same issue...my preset locations not showing up, I can only choose work or home.

Useless App. Reading the thread, it’s been going on for a long time and still not resolved!  Maybe Lyft will partner with Fitbit and develop a better, more useful application

IPhone 7.
Finally able to log in, then stops again. When I can log in, not able to choose destinations from my presets. Only options are the defaults, home and work.
Thanks for your response, but I’m done with this app. Not worth the time and effort

Thanks for jumping in here @SunsetRunner! Can you please try doing the following:

  • Remove the Uber app from your watch by uninstalling it through the Fitbit app
  • After, you have to reinstall the Uber app (you will see this version: 1.0.9)
  • Make sure you complete a new setup

Hey there @Jobs! I'm glad to hear that your Uber app is working on your Galaxy phone. Woman Very Happy

What happens with the non-compatible devices is that we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

I have done all of that. You keep repeating same steps to take. It does not work!  Sorry, but I’m done with this app. It should not have to be this much trouble. Your app is flawed. When it’s fixed, maybe I will use it then.

@stevestevens Sorry to hear about the authorization error message you are receiving. Would you mind posting a screenshot of the error? Additionally, any context in terms of when/how it appears would be greatly helpful.

@SunsetRunner I appreciate the troubleshooting you've attempted thus far. Your watch uses your preset home and work addresses as your default pickup and destination locations. To change your pickup location, tap the swap icon and select a different address. You can select your current location, detected using your phone’s GPS signal, or a recently used address.

App should include all preset locations to choose from for destination (or at least a few more) Destination is not always home or work. I might as well just pull out my phone! Where is the convenience of having app on your watch? Thanks, but I uninstalled the app.
