Cant find my apps for/in sense 2

Hi

New to the sense 2 and currently unable to find any of the apps.

Moved to sense 2 from my trusty for 2 years charge 4.

Bought this sense 2 as recently had a cardio issue, now sorted, but need/want to continue and monitor all aspects of my heart - 

Bought this fitbit because it claimed to do ecg readings plus others.

Looking for the ecg app etc

On my iphone in my account I can only see following tiles - Amazon Alexa / Gallery / Google wallet / How to use = con not see apps.

Please can any body help !

Hi @webbo1066 - the Sense 2 and Versa 4 do not support any apps.

 

For Apps you need a Sense, Versa 3 or even a Versa 2 which has the most accurate HR and least problems.

 

If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.
