So, I've read posts about this problem for like 10 hours now, and tried everything.
Like so many else mine is stuck on "Connected, Preparing to teleport.." and I don't see any pictures.
What I'm wondering is if there has been any official statement if they are trying to solve this? Since the app hasn't been updated for years..
Does anyone know? Maybe an official Fitbit person can answer this?
