Charge 4 not connecting to Sonos

My (wonderful) Charge 4 does work with Spotify but cannot connect to my Sonos (play) system. Does find other stuff with Spotify like laptops, but not Sonos.

When I switch music to the sonos system and go to the charge 4, it only shows my phone grayed ou. And and when I tap on it it switches the music back to the phone.

Would love to control Spotify on sonos, but how?? 

PS: tries all variations with Spotify and Sonos app active,  it no results

Does your Sonos have the Fitbit app on it? I doubt it is possible, ths app is designed for spotify on the phone

Just got the same device with the hope of controlling a Sonos speaker. 

The Charge 4 does list Amazon Echo devices, phone etc. So I don’t know why it wouldn’t list a Sonos speaker.

Never mind the above post. It seems the bigger issue is with Sonos and allowing any wrist wear functionality.
