Trying to change my ionic clock face to the Mountain clock face. But after 3 hours it is still not downloaded. Description says it is 1.8MB. Is there something wrong? Why so long to still downloading?

The moment you start it, it should be installed in just a few minutes (maximum).
When you click 'Select' is the button changing to a 'running red line' or not?
Just stop the upload (if needed, reset the watch with left-button and ruight-lower-button) and try again.
