Clock Face Error?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I received my Ionic as a Christmas present and twice I've encountered a "clock face" error and the watch shuts down completely and only the Fitbit logo will appear on the screen.  On both occasions I plugged it into a charger and it responded.  The battery charge was at approx 34% when it happened the last time so, it wasn't because the charge ran down.  Anyone else had something like this happen?

Hi, @JB25, I had that error once when I tried changing my clock face.  It was a 3rd party clock face, so I thought maybe there was just something wrong with it.  However, when I tried it again it installed okay.

So I would say it is just one of those electronic glitches that happen sometimes.  Unless this is happening very frequently, I would worry about it...

Usually a restart is a good idea when these things happen -- a restart can sort out many of these sorts of glitches.
