Clock face change issue/Bluetooth issue

When I go to the "account" on my fitbit Ionic, it doesn't even list the option for a clock face change.

When I try to sync the Ionic to my Bluetooth headset, it continues to say "searching" then "No device found," even when I have my headset in the sync mode.

@StacyH69, for changing the clock, open the Fitbit app to the Ionic account screen, and select Clock Faces.  The Ionic will use its WiFi connection to download new clock faces to the tracker.

You don't mention which Bluetooth headset you are trying to connect, but if it is compatible you may need to turn off the Bluetooth on nearby phones, etc., to prevent conflicts.  On the Ionic, open the Setting app, select Bluetooth and start the search, then turn on the headset and press & hold the button to start the pairing process. It should then connect to the Ionic.

When I go to the account settings, it doesn't even show "change clock face" where it's supposed to be.

I've held the button on my nexgadget Bluetooth headset and it still won't pair with the ionic

Bluetooth profiles for headsets are different to stereo head/ear phones so that's probably why they aren't pairing.  You can't take calls through Ionic so I'm not sure why you're even trying to pair them.  Use regular head/ear phones if you want to listen to audio.

Thank you, but the nexgadget headset did pair fine after I logged out and back into the fitbit app. I also discovered your information is a bit off, if they're Bluetooth ear buds or headsets, they should connect although some brands may not pair, most will.
