Ello,
I just upgraded to a Versa 2 and I can't get any of the clock-face pages to load so that I can download/install one. The main hub loads, I can search for clockfaces, but as soon as I click on an individual option, the clockface's page won't load so I can't download/install it. This is not a sync issue (yet) as I haven't been able to get to that step in the process.
Experiencing issue on:
- LG 10 android
- Newer Galaxy using android (had to actually set my Versa 2 up using this due to the LG 10 being so outdated 😅)
- Windows 10 Fitbit Desktop program
I've already tried
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the Windows 10 Fitbit Desktop program
My assumption is that there's a server that supports the actual clockfaces and that server has been turned off.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
