Clockface lost

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I had a clock face which I had paid for and it has suddenly disappeared.

Is there some way to retrieve it via Fitbit?

For some reason I have no record of purchase

It had large Numbers for the time and I could change colours. It also had my steps etc which I could change. I had an idea it came from or was named Pebbles

Like Apple Apps you would think there would be some sort of ownership record on FitBit

Hi @Fbstewey, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I was checking in the Fitbit Gallery, and I wasn't able to find anything related to "Pebbles". While the Fitbit app doesn't save records of the clock faces or apps that were purchased, I'd recommend to try the following steps so you can see the last clock face that was installed on your device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account icon.
  2. Tap on your Fitbit image > Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  3. Scroll down and under "Recently Added" you should find your clock face.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you
It did not help and the Clockface was not on the recently added list

I purchased it when I first bought my Fitbit Versa

It was Funttmm https://ttmm.is/portfolio/funttmm/

Pebble actually located it for me

How I get it back is another problem

It is a lovely app, very colourful

Hi @Fbstewey, I'm glad to see you again.

Thanks for your efforts while trying the steps posted above, as well for sharing the link of the clock face that you were looking for. I found that clock face in the Fitbit Gallery, so you can go to the Fitbit app and install it back on your Versa. Regarding to your other inquiry, given that you've already paid for it, I'd recommend to contact the developer for more details about that.

See you around.

Hello @hisgrip

You might want to try to navigate the TTMM webpage and try to see if you can spot your wanted clockface.

Unfortunately, despite it has been requested since the launch of Fitbit OS with Ionic, the possibility to store the names of previous clockfaces is not yet implemented.

Still the Suggestion page states the feature is coming. For reference the specific suggestion can be found here

This does not work with my new (4 days old) Versa 3. Recently Added gives me a long list of clocks recently added to Fitbit—none of which I have tried out.
