DEEZER music expired

When i try to open the Deezer app on my versa 3 i get 'deezer music expired'. refresh by connecting to a saved wi-fi network.

 

this worked when i first bought the watch and worked for about 3 months.

 

  1. I have connected to the network, but the same message comes up.
  2. i have deleted the deezer app and reinstalled it, but that didn't work.
  3. i have deleted fitbit from the deezer setting.   gone through the reconnect process using fitbit.com/deezer and enter the passcode that appears on the phone.  this all looked very promising.  but as soon as it said successfullt authorised via the web page the same message came back up again.  'deezer music expired' etc.

this is so frustrating.   can anyone give me some idea if this is a bug in the app or am i doing something wrong.  i feel i have done everything right and just want them to talk to each other.

Fitbit sent an email to its users (not a public announcement) that the integration with Deezer will be terminated unilaterally on March 31st. However I'm not sure why it's happening earlier for you, maybe Cassandra's syndrome?
