When trying to sync my music to deezer (which is fully installed and connected and has worked fine until now) I get the following message...
Uh Oh! There was a problem reaching the server. Please try again later.
I've tried again later and no joy. Looking through previous posts it looks like this is a deezer to fitbit issue which has occurred in the past and needs sorting by Fitbit.... Can someone sort this asap please - I have a half marathon to run in 3 days and had hoped to update my tunes!

I’m basically having the same issue. When I go in the Fitbit app, go into Music and Deezer, I get the “an unexpected error occurred” message. It was working fine until I tried to sync some new music yesterday.

Same is happening to me with Sense and Deezer

I went ahead and tried unlinking and relinking my Deezer account from the Fitbit app and now it is working. I did have to redownload all the music to my watch again but at least it’s working now.
