The Deezer app is not correctly downloading onto my Sense. I followed the steps provided by my Fitbit, going to fitbit.com/deezer and typing in the code Fitbit provided. I see my profile on the phone screen and I attempt to link my accounts. It goes from the website and goes into the Fitbit app on my phone, but every time an error comes up. But when I enter the Fitbit app on my phone, I can "download" my Deezer playlists or they're ready to be download to my Fitbit but when I open the Deezer app on my Fitbit, it continues to say that I need to go to fitbit.com/deezer and put in the code. So, I have no idea what is going on. I have a Deezer premium account. I stood by my router, making sure my phone and Fitbit are on the same wifi but still nothing. Any help would be great.

Hi there, @BradenGerber. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out.
Please plug your watch into the charger. Music downloads automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network, or tap the menu icon > Force Sync Now in the Deezer section of the Fitbit app to add the playlists to your watch.
If the above doesn't work, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
