Hello together,
I've purchased round about 3 years ago a bundle of clock faces for my Fitbit Versa 2. The order was made via kiezelpay and I still have the confimation email with the link, to download.
Now I wanted to change into another one. But the download don't work anymore. The button led me to a Fitbit page, but just to the homepage.
I also realized today, that the gallery available in the Fitbit app is suddenly very empty. There are no more categories to browse for clock faces. Pretty sure the gallery was even more extensive last week.
Is this a major change, because of the transition to google? Or is the Versa 2 end of life and therefore no possibilities for personalize the smartwatch?
I got so many clock faces with that purchase and I'd be a pity, if the money I've spent was for no use now.
Thanks for giving me some answers.

Hello @Theliarwen and welcome to the Community. Do you live in an EU country? Google announced that all third party clock faces and apps would be removed some time in June. 9to5google Google didn't give a specific reason, although it is thought to be related to the EU's Digital Market Act.

Hu @Theliarwen - it may be because Google removed access to all non Fitbit clocks and apps in the online Gallery for EEA users effective June 2024.
Here are some useful details
Removal of Third-party Products from the Fitbit Gallery for EU Users in June 2024
You may see this when you don't have access
