Hi there @Shineee, let me start by giving you a warm welcome to our Fitbit Community.

I was reading your post and AIA Vitality is a wellness program. So my recommendation in this scenarios is to contact directly the Customer support of AIA Vitality for more information since we do not have access to the data of AIA Vitality.

See you later until the next opportunity.

Good day to all,

I've bought Alta HR and I got this message when i am trying to link to AIA Vitality app.

{"code":404,"message":"Not Found","errors":"No user found"}. Attempts were made to connect but to no avail. Contacted AIA Vitality support team but they need time to troubleshoot. Aren't AIA vitality and Fitbit been around? why such issue still existed?
