I got a Versa 2 in order to use the new FibriCheck app but it was unavailable on the fitbit app despite assurances from all concerned that it should be. All advanced settings said the watch was set to UK, time and food too.
Solution: At the bottom of the page that you select your apps/clockfaces from is a small flag...mine was US stars and stripes.
Click on it change it to union jack and bingo the app appeares in the list.
