Find my phone app "not available" for Versa 2

I upgraded from my Versa to a Versa 2. I have removed the Versa from my account.

I have had no issues setting up my apps on the Versa 2 with this exception. When I look at the Find My Phone app, the INSTALL button is grayed out instead of the + Install that has the green color.
Under labels it says not available. I use this app all the time on my old Versa.

Finally found help on some old threads....couldn't delete the post or i would have.

Thanks for joining this thread. Just to confirm, is the Install button also grayed out? Or are you getting a different error? Does the same happen with other apps?

If you haven't done so, please try the following steps:

  1. Remove your Versa 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your Sense to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Tap your profile picture > Sense > Gallery > Apps.
  6. Search for Find my Phone and try installing it one more time.

Find my phone came with Firmware 35..72.1.15
