Fitbit App shows only the step count but not the distance

Hi everyone,

My Fitbit app shows only the number of steps but not the distance nor any other information. I was sent a screenshot of another Fitbit friend her activity information and I noticed that information such as distance, zone mins and floors were included, which I do not have. May I know if anyone knows how to resolve this issue please. Thanks.

On phone app, look for 'Edit" button near top right.  Tap that and see if the other options show there.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Have the same problem [since 1st April]. My edit button has gone as well with only the share option available

i have just logged in to todays results and got the edit option, when it cae up non of the details were there [greyed out] but when I pressed the + sign at the side of them they all became active[ for today and all the past records- hope yours do too.
