Clock face options are missing from my fitbit app. And I can't seem to see my profile either on the app. Was working fine a month ago - I could change my clock face. Some help please, thank you.

Try first
Logout of Fitbit app [click profile photo, top left, scroll to bottom] Shut down watch [ Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom, Shutdown]

then on Android phone
go to Phone | Settings | Apps | Fitbit | Storage | Clear cache [not data] Start Fitbit app |
Saves reinstalling app and hopefully clears the problem, if not reinstall the Fitbit app
