I have a Fitbit Versa model. I have downloaded music in personal music in Versa, I am able to play in JBL but problem in car audio with bluetooth connectivity. Can anybody guide in the matter

Hello @Prasanna-64 is any other device, such as the phone, connected to the car radio? This would prevent the Versa 2 from connecting.

What error and at what step does the process fail. Is the radio in discovery mode?
