Fitbit sense high/low heart rate app dosent sync

Sense high/low heart rate app in the app gallery won't sync (in the settings) and I think this is what has been causing me issues getting high/low hr notifications  anyone else

 this last image is of what the app does when I attempt to sync settings I've even my phone out and it lasted for a good hr before I gave up on it.

Same issue here.  You can't uninstall and reinstall the app either in order to fix it.  It hasn't actually ever given me any message other than that one, and the last high heart rate notification I got (which are very important to me with my heart condition) was around June or July of 2021, and I have definitely gone above the threshold (not custom set) while still for 10min or more since then and not received a notification either.  Have gone through all the Fitbit CS/Tech Rep steps after speaking with them about it before and was told it got bumped up the chain and would be contacted by someone else but like with so many other bugs I've reported nobody ever followed up with me.
