Im struggleing to instruct my versa 3 to turn my ecco dot volume up and down keeps saying it doesnt support my ecco dot it says its offline in my alexa app but is connected to my internet is anyone else haveing this issue . Does anyone know how to turn on music and radio playback

I dont think alexa on Fitbit supports this feature.
