Fitbitt app - Heart rate in exercise showing 100% below zones

My fitbit app is showing my heart rate in the graph under exercise. But at the same time no longer gives me the amount of time spent in heart rate zones. This has been happening for the last month or so. Previous to this it would always show the amount of time spent in the heart rate zones. Any ideas?

Hi @vtbound - what watch are you using?

However it could be a minor app problem, try

• logout of the Fitbit App
• Clear Storage cache
• Force stop it
• and swipe off the active Fitbit App window
• Login again and sync

It might work, but not be retroactive, though it should be.

I have the same issue with my Charge 2. But not for my Pixel watch 

Apparently it's because the formula for HR zones has changed and the app cannot report correctly data for old devices 

I will try to reset the app as Guy_ suggested to see if it works

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately it did not help. I think the problem just may be my old device.
