Hi all,
I live in the uk and had downloaded the fitstar yoga app a long time ago when it was available. I just re-opened it and restarted my subscription to premium but no content loaded.
a quick google revealed that this app is no longer available in my county, but on my phone, if I go to manage the subscription, the page for the app doesn’t load because I am in the UK
I am on iOS.
has anybody else come across this?

Welcome on board @Willis37595, it's nice to see you around here! The FitStar Yoga app is available on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices running iOS 9 or later. We recommend using Wi-Fi instead of your cellular data. For optimal performance, make sure your device has at least 1GB of free space available.

I’m having similar issues, I’ve been using the app on and off with no issues, however now that I have paid for premium it’s charged my bank for it, but not giving me the premium update... I paid did it this morning and left it to see if it will update later on, yet nothing has changed. Please could you help with this issue

Same here used it before paid for premium and it will not allow content to load. Googled it and says it’s in supported in the UK. The answer above does not help in any way from Fitbit. Read what the lady put. I’ve got £30 out of my account for nothing!

Awful answer read what she put. It doesn’t work in the UK why? Is it something Fitbit are aware of and allowing money to leave peoples accounts to just hope they don’t ask for a refund. Terrible service!

Similar problem happens to me. I live in UK, and used to be a premium member for fitstar yoga more that 2 years ago. Today I paid annual membership but the app didn't provide premium-only functionality, although it shows I'm a Premium membership.
I've tried to uninstall and redownload the app, then realized that I can't find the app in the App store. I'd like to get refund of this subscription but there's no place for me to claim to... **Premium membership web site says, "you're not a Premium member". I'd appreciate if somebody could help me.

I’ve been requesting a cancel&refund from report a problem page at Apple site. I hope it works... That’s really helpful to me
