I've followed the instructions, but can't get the app to send the courses to my watch. Tried restarting the app, rebooting my phone, uninstalling/re-installing the app, etc. Any suggestions?

Same issue. Everything is up to date. Bluetooth is fine. The app doesnt work. First time using it. Not a good experience at all.

Facing the same issue. Can't seem to add the courses. Tried over 50 times now. Sync issues and app open issues. There seem to be other problems highlighted by other but haven't even reached that stage. Is this app available and working in India as well?

I mean, the top thing would be to stop promoting it in the meantime (as the top thing that pops up in the app store) until it is fixed, and push a notification to this thread, or start promoting it again once it is working.
I can understand it taking some time to deal with, but it is infuriating to see an advertisement for a broken product every time we open the app store .

I don't understand the delay. You have an app out there that is completely non-functional. In this world of containerized apps and agile development it should not take months to create, test, and deploy a fix. Clearly, not a priority!!!

I agree. One of the reasons I bought this watch over the Samsung was the advertisement of the golf gps... this is my first fit but and I have a very bad impression of this product. Next time I'll stick with what I know works.

Too little, too late.
Garmin Vivoactive 3 Music just works. I have already run one 5K, two 10Ks, did some swimming, and played two rounds of golf and beside a small learning curve to get comfortable with their interface everything has been awesome.
I'll miss Fitbit's 'ecosystem', but all good things...

Same. I get nothing. Is there a work around. Just removed all IOS from my life and now Android and Fitbit letting me down
