Game Golf won't let me log in

Well, so far this app has been a huge dissapointment. I finally got it to download courses to my Ionic, now today, it won't let me log in. Keeps saying failure to fetch data. Any ideas? Can't understand how Fitbit doesn't have a good golf app yet, or if there is please enlighten me.

I appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting the Golf app and I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to log in. I found that the Game Golf Gps app was designed by a developer and not by Fitbit, for this reason I'd recommend to get in touch with them so you can receive more information about this situation. You'll find their contact details in the Fitbit app description. I'm sure that they'll be happy to continue assisting you the same way I will be if you need anything else.

I'm having the same problem on Sept 10, 2019.

I messaged them that day and have not gotten a response yet. I'm crazy dissapointed with the Fitbit app. Hasn't worked all season for me.

I didnt have much luck with it initially, then after they updated the Game Golf app, it worked for about a month. The Fitbit app was updated recently, and now Game Golf wont let me login. So I dont know if there is a connection.Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Hey, just wanted to let you know that there is another app for your Fitbit called "Golf GPS", it doesnt have maps of the holes yet, but it does have the yardage to the greens. What is nice is it also automatically detects the courses close to you.

Thanks for the reply. Ya, golf GPS is fine, I find that the accuracy varies about 4 yards, but it is good in a pinch. It is just not a great app. I am more dissapointed that you have a great company like Fitbit that does not support a great golf app on their devices. Game Golf is certainly not over concerned about their product working or being used. I still have not gotten a reply from them on the issue.

I tried Golf GPS in a 18 hole tournament yesterday. Cant comment on the accuracy, but 4 yards would be fine with me. Cant be that accurate with my shots anyways 😉 

What I like about the app is the automatic hole-finder. It notices on which hole you´re constantly playing and in addition it has a shot-distance tracker. The missing display of the track itself does not bother me. I usually play my home-tracks anyways.

All in all a solid app, I´d recomment, especially cause you wont have to create an account or else.

Any luck yet? Same problem here, unexpectedly I must say, the GPS tracer and smartphone app is wonderful. I'll sent them a message too.

There is another app for Fitbit called "Golf GPS" which I like better anyway. It doesn't have maps of the holes, but it does list yardage to the front, middle, and back of the green. Also, no more downloading courses. It detects the courses you are nearby. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
