I disabled the UHC Motion access to my account. The app is still on my fitbit device. Can someone from Fitbit delete the app from my account and device?

The normal way to remove an app from your device is to go to the phone app. Tap your profile picture (upper left) to get to the settings page. Tap on the device tile then tap on the apps tile. Scroll down to the app you want to remove and tap that. You should see an uninstall button on the specific app page.

You say that the UHC showed up, but what device does it show up on? The phone or the Inspire 2?
If on the inspire 2, does the app show in the list of installed apps?
According to your user manual the Inspire 2 does not have the option to add or remove apps on it.

It shows up on the Inspire 2. It shows up on the list of installed apps with no option to delete it. I never installed the app on my new Inspire 2 - It's just there. Hopefully someone from fitbit will read this and delete it for me. I also emailed fitbit customer support. I am waiting to hear back. Ultimately it's not the biggest deal in the world. But, I would like to fully delete the app since I will no longer use it.

There is no uninstall button for this app. The placeholder simply says installed and is not clickable.

Then maybe the UHC version is not for you. The Inspire 2 doesn't have the option to art or remove soos
