Glance 3rd party watch face and stale data for Dexcom G7

Is there anyone else that uses the Glance Watch Face for their Dexcom G7 glucose readings that is having trouble with the Bluetooth connection? I just got my new watch a few weeks back and unlike the Versa 2 I had before I get STALE DATA and a greyed out number. It is frustrating because the original reason I got a Fitbit watch was to have that information on my wrist and I have loved it!!! If I restart the Bluetooth it will reconnect and if I leave it alone and put up with the vibration for 2-4 hours it will re connect. I have not contacted the creator yet. I wanted to see if anyone else was having the same issue first. Thank you other diabetic people!

Hi @TD1dogwalker - do contact the developer as not all watches work the same way on every phone type.

But check also how well the watch is syncing, restarting both the watch and phone may help.
