HELP Clock faces stuck with two on my phone, can't install anything else

I used KPAY to get a $6.99bundle. I successfully installed the Gold mandala. 

In the middle of the night my watch buzzed me awake asking me to enter a code. I did along with requested email and now it says it can't match. I also cannot download any other cafes. It always shows this plain blace face. If I push the left button I can see the mandala but it won't stay.

I just want to factory reset my darn Versa 2 and move on.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS?

Additional infor: I've restarted my phone, my Versa 2, and the clock is stuck on my WATCH not my phone.
