Hello,
i have been trying to download and install the free Photo Album Watch App, however at the top of tye screen on tye app you see Connecting, but it never connects!
So annoying…
i have called to try and get assistance, but no one could figure out the problem.
i’ve also un-installed and re-installed the app and it still does not work.
Help!

@TeasieTee I don't know if all of the information that is on this App Gallery page is on the mobile page or not. But there is a FAQ link. This might help. If you still can't get it to work, you need to contact the app developer, not Fitbit CS.
I am also moving your post to the App Gallery forum, a better fit for this issue. I also recommend doing a search in the App Gallery forum. You might find the information you seek.

Sorry, we can not help you with watch connection problems.
This is a problem in the Fitbit phone app, which is responsible for all the communication between watch and phone. Fitbit had promised to fix these problems a long time ago, but so far they have failed to do this:

Please make sure that you are using the latest Fitbit phone app version. There are some improvements for newer phones, but unfortunately there are still a lot of problems with older phone.
All of the other apps that I have downloaded has downloaded and worked.
This is the only app that I am having problems with connecting!
