Heartrate tile not showing up on my Fitbit App

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been working with support for about a week and I still can't retrieve the active heartrate tile on my Fitbit App. I had it when I first synced my Fitbit Inspire HR and then a week later nothing. This is a new tracker to replace the one that died on June 3rd for no reason. I have been having issues with the app ever since.

See if this helps. On phone app 'Today' screen, tap 'Edit' near top right; then scroll down to 'Removed Stats' and see if it is there.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

That's the problem it does not show up there

Another, though unlikely, possibility:

Discover (tab at bottom) > Health & Fitness Stats > Heart Rate

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It says that it's added but it's the resting heartrate not the active one. Very frustrating.

Resting and current heart rates are on the same tile.  Doesn't necessarily help you, but for clarification when describing the problem, it's not that you are missing a tile, but that Heart Rate Tile is not showing current heart rate.

That is correct just the resting heartrate and it never changes
