I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and I am looking for a fitbit or other fitness tracking device that can monitor my heart rate and blood oxygen with professional medical accuracy that does not include a calorie counter or has a calorie counter that can be disabled. I recovered from an eating disorder and I have a very difficult digestion system due to multiple chronic illnesses and counting calories can trigger disordered eating habits. With my already limited intake of food because of digestive issues, discorded eating behavior is really dangerous for me, and seeing a calorie count or even the word calorie can send me into a downward spiral. I am suspected to have MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) in addition incredibly delicate and sensitive skin. I periodically have reactions to different types of plastics or synthetic fabrics, which can frequently change and come on unexpectedly. If I am able to get something it would be very nice to have swapable bands and maybe come with a metal or cotton option. to Could anybody help me find a fitbit with these features or point me in the direction of another health and fitness tracker that might work. If this is an inappropriate question to ask I am sorry and could I be directed to an appropriate place to ask this question or another sub that might help? Thank you.
