How do I add a United Airlines flight?

I am frustrated being belief.  I have a flight for today.  I get the message on my Versa2 to add my flight.  My Mileage Plus number is linked.  How does one add a flight?

BTW,. I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app, checked my Bluetooth and wifi connections, and restarted my Versa2.: I do not know how to tell if the app is trying in the background.  What app?
