How do I change the background of my clock face?

Hi there! I have been having trouble changing the background picture on my fitbit versa lite. Every time I try to change it using the app I get the message "install failed." Then, on my actual fitbit the only thing that stays as the background is the how to set up a clock face menu, which is white, so it is very difficult to see the time and step count. I have been been trying to figure it out for over a week and nothing is working. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

I bought a package by Ryan Fleck and I have been trying to download a Christmas themed one.

If I knew the name of the clock face I could search for it. Christmas themed face doesn't help enough.
