How do I download apps and clock faces to my Fitbit device?

My Fitbit is able to download things; I know this because people have downloaded things for me on the watch, but for some reason, I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Please help me with this problem!

Also known as the Versa Lite; basically the same as the Versa, the original Fitbit Smart Watch except without altimeter for tracking stairs climbed, Fitbit pay, and music storage.

How do I get started with Fitbit Versa Lite Edition? 

To download anything, on phone app from main 'Today' screen,

tap profile picture near top left, then the picture of your tracker.

From there, can also tap 'How To Use' for basic instructions'.

But also going back a step, tap 'Gallery, then 'Apps' to see all the apps you can download.

So I was wondering how can I change the clock faces if I only have a web browser I did it once on my firestick web browser I had on there but forgot how to get back to it also is there a way I can access workouts from here too if there is a way for both please could you tell me how to do it thank you so much
