How to set up Agenda?

I've just purchased the Versa 3 and I can't seem to figure out how to connect my calendar to it.

On the watch:

I go to the Agenda app and it says "Permissions required. Please make sure all permissions for the Agenda app are enabled in the Fitbit mobile app."

On phone

1. I click on my profile photo

2. I click on my Versa 3 photo

3. I click on the Apps icon

4. Under Agenda:

     - If I click on the settings gear icon it takes me to an option to Show Free Time. Nothing else appears on the screen

-If I click on the Agenda icon, it takes me to a screen where I can uninstall, access Settings, access Permissions, etc. When I access Permissions it shows that all three options are ON (Toggle All - on, Calendar - on, Run in Background - on). No other options appear.

All instructions I've found in the Community seem to indicate that I just access Settings and my calendars will appear, but nothing at all appears except the option to Show Free Time.

How on earth do I get this set up?

Hi there, @MonicaGonz. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with Agenda before reaching out.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please note you must allow the Agenda app to access your calendar and run in the background. For more information about adjusting an app’s permissions, see How do I install and manage apps on my Fitbit device?

If your events don't appear, check the following settings:

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • Calendar access must be turned on for the Fitbit app:
    • On iPhones, open the Settings app on your phone > Fitbit > make sure Calendars is turned on.
    • On Android phones, open the Settings app on your phone > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions > Calendar > make sure the access is set to Allow.

If the above doesn't work, please try the following steps:

  • Uninstall your calendar app from your mobile phone.
  • Uninstall agenda app from your Fitbit device.
  • Remove cache from the Fitbit app on your mobile phone.
  • Restart your phone and your Fitbit device
  • Reinstall the calendar app. Disable all other calendar on your phone in order for the default calendar to sync.
  • Reinstall the Agenda app on your Fitbit device.

By the way, I've moved your post to the Fitbit App Gallery board for organization purposes.

Hope that helps.

Thanks! I had to go through the process of uninstalling/reinstalling and restarting, and it seems to be working now. 🙂

I also discovered along the way that my Samsung Galaxy won't let me disable its in-built calendar app, so I've ensured that this is the only calendar app on my phone just so there is no confusion.

This doesn't work for me. It say make sure about the permissions, but I see nothing in the app that resembles apps ir agenda. I'm not wiping my scheduled events to see if the watch will work. Going back to Walmart after Christmas. Too hard to get to work.
