How to transfer music to my Versa 2?

I go into settings on the fitbit via laptop and in settings there is no music app to transfer music to the versa 2

I've seen you got in touch with our Customer Support after posting here and they guided you through the steps you needed to take to download music to your Versa 2. However, it seems that your chat got disconnected before you could confirm if the steps had worked for you.
