I cannot find the App Gallery

Hello everyone,,

I cannot find the App Gallery!  On my fitbit mobile- it says compatible apps and shows only 3rd party apps.  How can I access new apps and is the "labs" only for ionic?

Hi there @Jinnoy, welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

For Fitbit Labs, follow the steps below:

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, then tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap your device image > Apps > All Apps.
  3. Browse the available apps in the Fitbit category. When you find the one you want to install, tap it.
  4. Tap Install to add the app to your watch.

To install a clock face:

 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, then tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap your device image > Clock Faces > All Clocks.
  3. Browse the available clock faces in the Fitbit Labs category. When you find the one you want to install, tap it.
  4. Tap Select to add the clock face to your watch.
