Hi,
When I go to Settings > Notifications, I get the following screen:
Then, when I click on 'Enable notifications' I get the following screen:
There is no option for to select:
1. Calls—Dialer
2. Text messages—Messages
3. Calendar events—Calendar
4. Emails—Gmail
5. Whatsapp
I have followed all the steps that this Community has offered regarding this topic, like resetting the device, toggling all the options on and then off. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app. But nothing has worked.
I have also spoken to 3 different agents on the Chat, and they keep asking me to following the same steps that I took, and when I tell them it doesn't work, they close the chat. It has been a very disappointed experience on my side and has harmed the great loyalty I had with Fitbit for the last 7 years.
I would highly appreciate if someone can help me with this matter. Taking into considerations all the steps that I have already taken.
