Pick a Clock, i pick a clock then receive 'this clock cannot be installed on your device' for every sing clock. I am usin the app.

Once you get the error message on the Ionic, dismiss it then go back to the watch face selection screen and sync again. It should work the second time around.

Sometimes it helps to reset the watch (left button and right lower button together untill the fitbit logo appears).
And i had a situation that a watchface was to big and i had to delete apps to get the specific watchface to work.
