Ionic Paid Clock Face - Heart Rate Watch face ($1 paid)

Good morning,

I purchased the $1 Clock Face "Heart Rate" watch face via KiezelPay (entered code and paid with Paypal).  It registered fine.  Demo'd another clock face later, then reinstalled the Heart Rate watch face.

Now it is prompting me to enter a code again.  I emailed support at Qooapps, and they responded right away with:

Hi,

You do not need to pay again, but currently the Ionic does not store the purchase information persistantly. Please open the Kiezelpay site and there is an option to activate the watchface by entering your mail-adress.If you have problems with that, please contact me again or Kiezelpay directly."

Only problem is there is no way I can figure out how to activate this via email.  Anyone have any ideas?  My other fear is every time Ionic is updated I'll have to do this again.

What has been everyone's experiencing buying clock faces?

Anyway my question is still valid though - anyone else having issues with purchases apps when an Ionic update comes out or you reset your watch?

This clock face is amazing by the way - stays DIMMED for 90 seconds - great for a morning run to watch your heart rate with the graph.

Sorry for the confusion.
The Ionic will remove all private data, including the Kiezelpay purchase information, when you change the watchface. I hope this behaviour will be changed in some of the next firmware versions.
