Is Fitbit working on a weather app for the Charge 5?

Does anyone know if Fitbit is working on adding the weather app to the Charge 5? I have a Fitbit Charge 1 and I wanted to upgrade it to something cooler. If there are no plans, then I'll keep my simple Fitbit Charge with just time and steps. The timer doesn't work anymore because the button fell off.
