Kitbit app isn't working on my Versa 2

I downloaded the knitbit app onto my versa 2 I use it with one plus 6 Android phone. When I opened the app one the versa I get a black screen. I have tried restarting the versa. Uninstalling n reinstalling the app restarting my phone I'm not sure what else to do. Is anyone else having this issue or can tell me how to fix it. Thanks

OK. Solved.

Open Fitbit App and select Knitbit App, go to settings and then add a project. It will show up on  fitbit.
