Locked out my my account for 17 days and counting

On Feb 17th, my app stopped working, and I needed to re-sign in.  My password failed and every attempt to re-set my password failed.  When I reached out to the help center, they said I had converted to Google.  I said no I did not.  Long story short, the account was hacked, the password changed and moved to Google.  It's March 6th and I still do not have access.  Fitbit says they have "escalated" the issue and a special team is looking into it.  What could they still be "looking into"?  It's not my Gmail.  Why can't fitbit change the email & password?  This is not rocket science!

I understand how frustrating this could be and advise you to keep in touch with our team in order to get the resolution or needed instructions in order to recover your account.
