I'm having trouble logging onto my Fitbit app. It asks me for my email address to log in. When I enter my credentials, it says not available or my email address is not available. What? I haven't been able to log onto my app in 3 days.

Have you checked that you are using the correct login credentials? The link will take you to a page that shows your email address. You can also reset the password.
