Assuming you’re in an area where they’re available, installation is as follows (from the manual):
Fitbit App Gallery
Accessed through the Fitbit app, the Fitbit App Gallery is where you find and install apps for Ionic.
Note that the ability to manage apps on your watch is coming soon.
Add apps
Add new apps to Ionic from the Fitbit App Gallery. To add an app:
1. With your watch nearby, on the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon ( ) > Ionic tile.
2. Tap or click Apps > All Apps.
3. Browse the available apps. When you find the one you want to install, tap or
click it.
4. Tap or click Install to add the app to Ionic.

Hi @SunsetRunner-- I'm having this same issue. When I go to all apps, Pandora is not listed nor do I have search feature. Thoughts?

The Pandora app is only available in the United States. The Starbucks app is only available in the United States and Canada.

@SunsetRunner and @SunsetRunner I'm in Austin TX! I don't have search ability within "all apps" and pandora is not listed.

No such search ability exists.
Maybe check the Country setting in your profile on the Fitbit web portal at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile and make sure it is set to "United States" ?

Ok, sounds like you need to go through the standard “Fitbit not working as intended” routine. Have you done a restart of the Ionic (right top, left buttons held together until the screen blanks, then release)?

I also don't have them listed in available apps. 😞

Make sure US is selected and the address with STATE selected in the box. Sometimes country is selected but but the STATE box.
Here's my original fix that i posted on this
Hi. I just fixed this! Here's what I did I hope it works for you too.
Go to fitbit.com through a web browser on your phone or computer but not the fitbit phone app.
Go to dashboard
Go to your profile (I clicked the picture icon first of top buttons on top right side)
Then I clicked a blue link that says go to account settings. It was on top right side.
Thwn scroll down and select United States as country and fill in address and state etc. Scroll to bottom and click submit
Open the fitbit phone app and sync it.
After the sync the missing apps will reappear in the all apps tab in the phone app.
Click on Pandora and install.
After all this the only station that downloaded from Pandora was the thumbs up list radio. So it's still quirky because my 3 most stations or three selected 3 are not downloading. But at least it is something.
I really do hope they expand the app store soon and that the apps actually work.
